Our unique blend of honey, brown sugar, and pepper gives you that extra boost of flavor without overpowering your taste buds. This is a little softer chew than our other flavors — some customers have asked for a softer chew, and this one delivers. Talk about a small batch operation. The process requires the best cuts of meat to make jerky, and slice the meat thin (6 millimeters) so that you can tell it is a whole cut from a solid piece of meat — the bigger the better for Beefy Boys Jerky. We use salt as a natural preservative, and other than natural salt the product is preservative free — and this one is made without soy sauce so people who are looking for gluten free ingredients like this one. The high temperature cook makes the honey and sugar in this product crystallize, so you can expect a white coating — this is perfectly normal and delicious! Once fully cooked it’s set aside for cool down, and once cool shaped and cut to size. You should expect some variation in the product, including occasional white marbling on the surface.
